F1 ARCADE
Archetypely Team has brought to life the very first F1® Arcade venue in the world.
Located in St. Paul’s, the first of its kind, sleek and stylish venue features bespoke racing simulators complete with motion and audio-visual effects to fully immerse guests in the race. Following the successful delivery of the brand’s flagship London venue in 2022, Archetypely has delivered the second F1® Arcade venue, this time in Birmingham. From the pink neon racecourse overhead lights to the suspended racecar and the eye-catching Octane Bar, exquisitely furnished, the Birmingham site also combines enthralling high-speed fun with exceptional design and hospitality. Archetypely managed the entire project from its initial feasibility studies, through the design development, procurement, contracts administration and on-site management of the construction phase of the fit-out, as well as acting as client agents. PUTTSHACK
Renata undertook all portfolio development related duties for Puttshack leisure venues housing a social entertainment concept and featuring high-tech indoor mini-golf, high design bars and restaurants, by acting as the primary representative on construction projects. She has created best practices for the newly structured Design & Construction Department, including development and implementation of policies, procedures and standards for the most efficient project delivery.
CINEWORLD CINEMAS
In the role of in-house Architect-Construction Project Manager, Renata has expeditiously driven forward the extensive refurbishments programme for Cineworld Cinemas across UK, successfully completing a number of high-profile projects, with scope ranging from auditoria renovations and conversions into special formats, such as Imax, 4DX, VIP or Super Screen, to full building refurbishments and fit out, having all works phased and performed in live environments.
OTHER PROJECTS
Renata has completed various other commercial projects including offices fit outs and refurbishments as well as delivery of few new build warehouse buildings and refurbishments of numerous existing stores for Shurgard Self-Storage.
