OUR FOUNDER
Renata Zywicka is a Construction Project Manager with over a decade of work experience in United Kingdom. Internationally trained in both Architecture and Project Management, Renata obtained her Master’s Degree in Architecture at the prestigious La Sapienza University in Rome, Italy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice and Management in Architecture at the equally prestigious Bartlett School of Architecture in London, UK.
The experience gained in Academia led her to the chartered status with RIBA and allowed her to undertake challenging, but rewarding Construction Project Management roles with several top-end Companies such as: F1® ARCADE & PUTTSHACK (Hospitality & Entertainment), CINEWORLD (Leisure) and SHURGARD (Industrial/Self-Storage).
With a unique entrepreneurial attitude and ability to easily switch between various roles, Renata is able to think strategically in all project planning and on-site delivery stages, supporting Executives with the decision-making process.
Her work experience encompasses program and project management across all design and construction work stages, Client-side contract administration and experience in delivering via traditional or construction management routes, demonstrating the ability to undertake multi-million pound projects with bespoke requirements, steering them through their full life cycle to complete profitability ensuring excellent Client satisfaction.
